Women Glamour Award 2023 nomination officially begin!

1）提名资格
•被提名人必须符合提名类別的资格。
•500字的论文是必须由提名人撰写。
•《女人行表扬会2022》得奖者不能再次被提名。
•由不多于一名提名人推荐，并且不接受自我提名。
•被提名人必須能親自出席 2023年9月6日《女人行表扬会》。
•提名/申请费：每位马币三百令吉。

2）提名類別及申請資料

  • 全职/职业主妇  
    • 申请资格：已婚或单亲的全职妈妈 / 职业妈妈（打工族）
    • 所需文件：申请表格， 被提名个人履历， 个人登记文件， 照片一张及 500字推荐信 （ 推荐信必须由提名人亲笔写 ）
    • 申请费 – MYR 300
  • 个人社会贡献者
    • 申请资格：已婚或单身均可
    • 所需文件：申请表格， 被提名个人履历， 个人登记文件， 照片一张及 500字推荐信 （ 推荐信必须由提名人亲笔写 ）
    • 申请费 – MYR 300
  • 女青年影响力
    • 申请资格：限35岁以下，已婚或单身均可
    • 所需文件：申请表格， 被提名个人履历， 个人登记文件， 照片一张及500字推荐信 （ 推荐信必须由提名人亲笔写 ）
    • 申请费 – MYR 800
  • 女创业家
    • 申请资格：其公司年资不超过5年，申请者必须是公司创办人
    • 所需文件：申请表格，被提名个人履歷， 个人登记文件， 照片一张， 公司註冊 SSM， 公司介绍及500字推荐信 （ 推荐信必须由提名人亲笔写 ）
    • 申请费 – MYR 800
  • 女企业家
    • 申请资格：其公司年资需超过10年以上，申请人必须是公司持有人
    • 所需文件：公司必须10年以上，申请表格，被提名个人履歷， 个人登记文件， 照片一张， 公司註冊 (Form 9, 24, 29)， 公司介绍及500字推荐信 （ 推荐信必须由提名人亲笔写 ）
    • 申请费 – MYR 800

3）申请者入围阶段
•申请者将根据提名人撰写的500字论文与委员会筛选而入围决赛。
•大会将通过邮件通知申请者是否入围。
•主办单位将安排入围者进行采访拍摄，供评委们参考及甄选。
•每一位入围者都能获得一张《女人行表扬会2023》大会入门票1张。

4）获得表扬者的奖励
• 免费获得1 枚大会纪念奖杯、年度奖状及个人采访 。

5）评判过程
•委员会保留检查申请人所提供资料的权力。
•大会将依据评审团最终的结果，並在表扬之夜（2023年9月6日）宣布。

**评审团的决定为最终决定，恕不受理。

6）评判标准
表扬会将尊重评审团最后评选得奖者的结果。评选准则如下：
•鼓舞人心的激励故事 – 30%
•社会服务 – 30%
•传承价值 – 40%

7）申请费
– 全职/职业主妇  & 个人社会贡献者 – MYR300
– 女青年影响力, 女创业家 & 女企业家 – MYR800
•付款至 MJC Creation & Services (Public Bank 3204865929)
•截止日期：2023年4月30日

8）非线上申请，填妥的表格连同相关文件及提名付款收据, 请于2023年4月30日或该日前提交或邮寄至主办单位 [email protected]。 请注明 ”女人行表扬会2023” 。

9) 主办单位保留【女人行表扬会】的参赛作品，照片和影片的权利，以便随后出版或展览与鼓励女性奖及其出版物有关的内容。

1) Qualifications for Nomination
•Nominees must comply with the minimum requirements for each award category listed in the nomination form.
•The 500 words essay is compulsory and must be written by the nominator.
•The winners of “Women Glamour Award 2022” cannot be nominated again.
•Only one nominator allowed for each nominee. Self-nomination is not allowed.
•Finalists must be available to attend the award ceremony night on 6th September 2023, where the winners will be announced.
•Nomination/application fee: MYR 300.

2) Category and Required Documents

  • Homemaker
    • Required documents: nomination form, nominee’s resume, nominee’s ID/Passport copy, and passport size photo.
    • Registration fee – MYR 300
  • Community Contribution
    • Required documents: nomination form, nominee’s resume, nominee’s ID/Passport copy, and passport size photo.
    • Registration fee – MYR 300
  • Young Inspiring Women
    • Below 35 years old, Required documents: nomination form, nominee’s resume, nominee’s ID/Passport copy, and passport size photo.
    • Registration fee – MYR 800 
  • Entrepreneur
    • Required documents: nomination form, nominee’s ID/Passport copy, nominee’s resume, passport size photo, company portfolio, and company SSM registration documents (Form 9, 24, 29).
  • Business Women
    • Required documents: company more than 10years, nomination form, nominee’s ID/Passport copy, nominee’s resume, passport size photo, company portfolio, and company SSM registration documents (Form 9, 24, 29).

3) Entering Finals
•The nominees are selected to be the finalists based on the 500 words essay written by their nominator that reflects on our judging criteria.
•The finalists will be informed and notified via email.
•The organizing team will film an interview video with all finalists, which will be posted on our social media and provide as judging material.
•Finalists will be eligible to receive a finalist certificate and one (1) complimentary ticket to the award ceremony night.

4) Winners Rewards
•Each winner will receive a commemorative award trophy and a winner certificate.

5) Selection of Winners
•The Panel of Judges reserves the right to check the information and submitted documents provided by finalists.
•The Panel of Judges will then undergo the process of selecting the winners of each category which will be announced on the award ceremony night (6th September 2023).

**The decision by the panel of judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

6) Judging Criteria
•Inspiring real experience – 30%
•Participation in social services – 30%
•Inheritance value – 40%

7) Payment

– Young Inspiring, Entrepreneur & Business Woman Category – MYR800

8) For manual application, please complete the nomination form together with relevant documents, email it before April 30th, 2023 to [email protected]. Please indicate “Women Glamour Award 2023”.

9) The organizer reserve the right to retain entries, photographs & film from the Women Glamour Award for subsequent publication or exhibition in relation to Women Glamour Award and its publications.
