作为马来西亚唯一一个表彰各阶层女性的平台，旨在肯定和表扬所有女性，不论她们的身份和领域。这个活动的目的是强调女性的杰出之处和坚韧不拔的品质。
We have seen countless women who have contributed selflessly to society or sacrificed for their families, but few received recognition for what they have done.
Women Glamour Award is established to recognise ordinary women worthy of praise for their contributions; be it a homemaker caring for her family, a nurse aiding the sick, a teacher nurturing the next generation, or an entrepreneur providing service to her customers 一 they are all “extraordinary” women devoting their lives in an ordinary but exceptional ways. We provide the stage in the hope of encouraging women to pursue their self-worth.
在过去的五年，我们接触了来自不同背景、文化、年龄的女性、发现社会让许多有成就的女生机会及肯定, 却遗忘了她们也是一群为生活努力、为家庭牺牲的女性们。因此女心世界创办了 “女人行表扬会” 的舞台、意义是让每一位平凡人的努力都值得被尊；每一个付出努力的人都值得被表扬, 无论是社会忽略的家庭主妇、 为社会服务的社会工作者、 培养与影响下一代的青年、 为客户服务的女企业家、在属于她们的岗位上、她们都是一群专注精神时刻融入到日常工作中的“不平凡者”。 “女人行表扬会” 提供一个让女性收到肯定的舞台, 期许能借着这项意义的活动、鼓励女性们无畏无惧的向上心、急救追求自我价值的呈现。

Through this platform, we hope that women from different countries and fields can be connected and speak the truth, kindness, wisdom and courage of a woman. In addition, we hope to build a more tolerant society, and nurture the next generation on empathy and independence in thinking.
